Straw yellow in colour with a fine and persistent perlage.

The bouquet is delicate and slightly aromatic, with fruity notes reminiscent of pear and green apple. This is followed by floral notes of acacia flowers and wisteria.

On the palate it is fresh, subtle, with balanced acidity and flavour, with good harmony and a long, lingering finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is an excellent accompaniment to hors d'oeuvres and delicate first courses. It also goes well with cured ham and main courses of fish and shellfish.
